The worst seller, and rip off that I have ever xperienc

Please dont be fool by this guy, at the beginning he called me all the time, he even send my cell phone, but of course it was not working properly, and then he told to write a good review and send him the phone back and only then he would send me another phone. So go figured, I did, stupid me, why? because then I needed and extra phone, so he charge me for both phones , and yes, then he never call me back, until today Im calling his phone but he has it disconnect it , and of course he has not respond any of my emails. So please dont be fool by the other comments , NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS GUY, YOU WILL BE PLAY WITH AND HE WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

The Tour is a great device if you love Blackberry and need the entertainment aspect spiced up a bit. A nice 480x360 screen is the biggest. (with a qwerty k/b) The 3.2 mp camera like the 8900 and Storm, is the best. It has the latest O/S version. The form factor is a great size too, a little smaller that the bold, touch bigger than the Curves. The strikes are; NO WI-FI, only 2100 MHz 3G supported. If you expect 3G speed with AT&T, your s.o.l. This is single band 2100 MHz UMTS/HSPA only, and made for the CDMA/EVDO folks. The Tour will only do EDGE at best with AT&T's 1900 MHz 3G, nuts! Love Verizon, this is made for you! Strong with AT&T, looks like the bold for now. Love Wi-Fi, then 8900 Javelin or 9000 Bold. Just can't get it all in one package. (YET??!?)

Now that I have a Blackberry, I do not know how I ever survived without one. I can see now why it has earned the popular name of Crackberry. Here is my review for the Backberry Tour and I hope it helps! SCREEN: The screen is pretty amazing. It’s not a huge panel but the colors are rich and and text and graphics look as sharp as ever. Additionally it looks like there’s a harder plastic covering the LCD than there is on the Bold and 8900 and it feels solid. CALLING: Calls came through loud and clear, and callers can hear me perfectly on the other end. SPEAKER/SPEAKER PHONE: The speaker and speakerphone function on the Tour are good. You can really tell this was designed as a business device. There’s only one speaker on the left side since the 3.5mm headset jack is on the right. I personally do not have a bluetooth, so I just use the speaker phone when I'm driving and it works well. KEYBOARD: The best and most efficient way to type on the Tour is not to press on an entire key but on the angled area of a key. This let’s you pound through emails with relative ease and doesn’t really let your finger hit more than one key a time. It is Simple, easy to use, and perfectly laid out. It’s a winner. BATTERY LIFE: Battery life is impressive. I've heard that even with the exact same usage and same applications installed, you are able to get double to battery life using the Tour compared to the Bold. CONCLUSION: I would highly reccomend this phone. Overall, I give it a very good rating.

This is my third phone in a year -- and my last because I've finally found THE ONE! The BB Storm was too awkward to use efficiently; the Samsung Saga was ugly and bulky. I love everything about the Tour! Highly recommended for someone who wants a Blackberry but needs a lot of function even with WORD, EXCEL, and other like data. Love it!

I love this phone. the sellers discription of it was accurate. it had no problems its an amazing phone. the seller was a great person to work with. and if i ever need to work with this person again. i would in a heart beat

I bought the Blackberry 9630 and was very impressed with it, it is fast and has a great deal of features that I can use for my business. It’s able to hold a lot of photos, apps, games, videos and take great looking pictures. It is also simple to use and program I would recommend this phone to anybody who is looking to run a business or anybody just looking to be in touch with their emails on the spot. This phone offered by RIM is a great addition/asset in the way I run my business from day to day status.

It was an upgrade from the curve and has several features that are better than the curve. I would recomend it to anyone that wants a blackberry.

I upgraded from a curve and I am glad that I chose this one over the bold!! great phone!! much faster than the curve..it is made to fir in hand more than the curve or bold also

This seller sold me a phone that I cannot use because she did not pay her bill. She will not refund my $350. I made the mistake of leaving her positive feedback when she requested I do so before receiving the phone. Big mistake on my part for trusting this very devious seller. She wants me to return the phone so she could resell it to another poor victim and that is when she says she will return my money. I now have to report her to ebay and try to get my $350 back.

The first few weeks with the phone the battery would die VERY fast and now exactly a month later the phone completely died and won't turn on anymore. Supposably it was a "new" phone...but i dont think it is! I paid a lot of money for a phone that doesn't even work and the seller will not exchange it.

LIKES: Keyboard - very user friendly. Each character key is beveled/slanted for easier selection. This phone is awesome - does it all. 3G Network, Bluetooth, 3.2M camera, awesome MP3 sound, and very nice display. DISLIKES: Expense - My wife and I have the BB Tour 9630. Both phones with Verizon costs us $236.00 per month. That includes the required 3G internet service and unlimited texting, and the minimum 700 anytime minutes. (This price reflects my wife's 17% employee discount from a local hospital) SUMMARY: It's a great phone to have....if you're willing to pay for it.

This is an excellent phone! Does everything I'm looking for. I can browse the internet quickly - not difficult to navigate. Phone call quality is excellent. Small user interface features that make my life easier also are a plus. I absolutely love the Blackberry Tour.

I had to take the phone to the verizon store to try to transfer my contacts, the salesman did mention that the trackball was a little off. Overall, it was a good buy.
